Expansion joints are used to separate slabs and concrete from other parts of the structure. Expansion joints allow independent movement between adjoining structural members, minimising cracking when such movements are restrained. Buildings are often constructed using flexible materials on the roof and structural expansion joints. We treat gaps depending on size and provide solutions to make the roof watertight with suitable covers.
Activities undertaken:
- Expansion joint treatment using metallic covers
- Gutter installation below the expansion joint
- Solution for water leakages
